1). How to get our catalogue?  
You can directly email your queries to shrelf@vip.163.com  
   
2). Can I have a sample for testing?  
We can supply samples for all items, but the client need pay shipping freight.  
     
3). How about the after-service?  
We will provide you spare parts like led strips, drivers, ballast for free if it can be reparied. If the product can not be repaired, we will provide the whole lamp for free in new order or to deal with it as per client's request. But we do not afford damagments caused during transportation or shipping or caused by uncorrect operation or improper working enviroment.  
   
4). Do you have inspection procedure of products?  
100% of the lamps will be tested and keep lighting for 24 hours to test its quality reliability, and we will also test its temperature after 24 hours’ lighting. Then after it is cool we again test 100% of the lamps to ensure it still works. Each lamp should pass all these QC procedures before delivery from our factory.  
   
5). How about delivery time of order?  
For bulk order, normal delivery time is 20days after get deposit.  
   
6). How about delivery?  
We accept express, air shipping, or sea shipping. We can arrange it as per client's request.  
   
7). How about payment term?
